The pi­lates stu­dio in Piła of­fers mod­ern train­ing on high-class equip­ment, in­clud­ing re­form­ers and cadil­lacs, being the first stu­dio of this type in the city. The fa­cil­i­ty's mis­sion is to pro­mote a healthy lifestyle through mind­ful move­ment that strength­ens body and mind, im­prov­ing phys­i­cal con­di­tion, flex­i­bil­i­ty and men­tal bal­ance. The stu­dio pro­vides both in­di­vid­ual and group class­es tai­lored to var­i­ous lev­els of ad­vance­ment, led by ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors. Each par­tic­i­pant re­ceives sup­port in achiev­ing their fit­ness goals through ex­er­cis­es that are safe and ef­fec­tive­ly adapt­ed to in­di­vid­ual needs.
