Płocka Akademia Jogi Concept

Płoc­ka Akademia Jogi Con­cept is the old­est yoga school in Płock, op­er­at­ing since 2005. It spe­cial­izes in Hatha Yoga ac­cord­ing to the Iyen­gar method, val­ued for its pre­ci­sion and use of props (blocks, belts, bol­sters). Class­es are held in two lo­ca­tions: in the at­mos­pher­ic bal­let hall at the Mała­chowian­ka High School and in a room at the Podolan­ka swim­ming pool. Ex­pe­ri­enced teach­ers work with peo­ple of dif­fer­ent ages, phys­i­cal abil­i­ties, health con­di­tions, and preg­nant women.
