Ahimsa School of Yoga

Ahim­sa School of Yoga is a place where yoga prac­tice meets a phi­los­o­phy of liv­ing in har­mo­ny with na­ture. The stu­dio of­fers a va­ri­ety of yoga class­es, in­clud­ing Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, tai­lored to the needs of par­tic­i­pants at every level of ex­pe­ri­ence. In ad­di­tion to reg­u­lar class­es, work­shops and cours­es are also held, al­low­ing for a deep­er un­der­stand­ing of yoga and its phi­los­o­phy. A team of ex­pe­ri­enced teach­ers pro­vides an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach, which means that every­one can find a space for them­selves at the stu­dio and recharge with pos­i­tive en­er­gy.
