I had long dreamed of aer­i­al yoga class­es in ham­mocks. Be­fore, I had only seen them in War­saw and re­al­ly re­gret­ted that they weren't avail­able here. Imag­ine my joy when they fi­nal­ly ap­peared in Poz­nań!...

The place has a great vibe, a super ap­proach to every­one re­gard­less of the num­ber of peo­ple in the group. Anas­taz­ja is the best 😍❣️and some­times sur­pris­es with ex­er­cis­es 🫣😁
