Mimosa Pilates

Stu­dio Mi­mosa Pi­lates is a pro­fes­sion­al Pi­lates stu­dio on re­form­ers lo­cat­ed in Za­lase­wo near Swarzędz and in Suchy Las. It of­fers dy­nam­ic and pre­cise full-body work­outs led by cer­ti­fied in­struc­tors. The class­es em­pha­size de­vel­op­ing strength, flex­i­bil­i­ty and mo­bil­i­ty, as well as im­prov­ing pos­ture and well-being, with an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each par­tic­i­pant.
