Stu­dio Przestrzeń Ruchu is a train­ing space lo­cat­ed in Poz­nań's Grun­wald dis­trict, run by train­ers Sara and Ernest. It of­fers train­ing aimed at im­prov­ing physique, health and well-being through prop­er move­ment and chang­ing every­day habits. The class­es also help re­duce joint pain and pre­pare for sports com­pe­ti­tions.
