Yoga Acad­e­my is a yoga school in the heart of Poz­nań, lo­cat­ed in a beau­ti­ful his­toric build­ing at ul. Świę­ty Marcin 35. Since 2018, it of­fers class­es in var­i­ous styles such as Ash­tan­ga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Med­i­ta­tion, tai­lored to dif­fer­ent lev­els of ex­pe­ri­ence. The stu­dio, found­ed by ex­pe­ri­enced teacher Ma­teusz Deker, stands out for its in­clu­sive at­mos­phere and ac­tive com­mu­ni­ty, or­ga­niz­ing be­gin­ner cours­es, work­shops and re­treats that allow for the de­vel­op­ment of yoga prac­tice.
