Yoga Loft Stu­dio is an in­ti­mate yoga school found­ed by Moni­ka Bal­ic­ka, lo­cat­ed in the Jeżyce dis­trict of Poz­nań. It of­fers pro­fes­sion­al­ly led class­es for peo­ple of all lev­els, in­clud­ing dy­nam­ic styles like ash­tan­ga and vinyasa, as well as calmer forms such as yin yoga with Ti­betan bowls, moon se­quence, and restora­tive yoga. The stu­dio also or­ga­nizes be­gin­ner cours­es and pri­vate ses­sions, cre­at­ing a space con­ducive to daily yoga prac­tice.
