The stu­dio runs in­ti­mate group class­es fo­cused on strength, mo­bil­i­ty, sta­bil­i­ty and qual­i­ty of move­ment. The offer in­cludes LYT Yoga, which com­bines mind­ful move­ment with strength­en­ing el­e­ments and full-body work. Class­es are held in Puszczykowo and Mieczewo. The stu­dio is run by Michali­na — a Mas­ter of Di­etet­ics and cer­ti­fied LYT Yoga teacher who com­bines strength train­ing, mind­ful move­ment and a prac­ti­cal ap­proach to nu­tri­tion.
