FLYACRO - Pilates i Aerial

The stu­dio of­fers aer­i­al ac­ro­bat­ics class­es on ham­mocks, in­clud­ing Fly­Acro and Aer­i­al Dance, which are an al­ter­na­tive to Pole Dance and tra­di­tion­al ac­ro­bat­ics. Par­tic­i­pants will learn ac­ro­bat­ic fig­ures and aer­i­al tricks, while stretch­ing and strength­en­ing the body, as well as over­com­ing fears re­lat­ed to heights. The stu­dio also con­ducts clas­si­cal Pi­lates class­es, com­bin­ing el­e­ments of yoga, bal­let and strength train­ing, aimed at im­prov­ing flex­i­bil­i­ty, strength, bal­ance and body aware­ness through prop­er move­ment pat­terns.

Pilates classes start from 13.01.2026. Hammock classes for children: 200 zł/month. Aerial Dance for adults: 200 zł/4 classes, pass valid for 5 weeks. | first class free
