Studio Czarująca is an intimate studio in the center of Rzeszów dedicated to women who want to take care of their body and mind. It offers mat pilates, reformer pilates, and stretching classes, tailored to the individual level of each participant in the intimate atmosphere of small groups. The instructor, with over four years of practice, approaches pilates as a conversation with one's own body, listening to and understanding the needs of each participant.
