Rzes­zows­ka Szkoła Jogi, op­er­at­ing since 2005, of­fers a unique ap­proach to yoga prac­tice, fo­cus­ing on the in­te­gra­tion of body and mind. The offer in­cludes class­es for three lev­els of ad­vance­ment: cours­es for be­gin­ners, basic groups, and ad­vanced groups, ded­i­cat­ed to peo­ple prac­tic­ing reg­u­lar­ly for at least three years. The stu­dio in­vites you to class­es through­out the week, pro­vid­ing sup­port from ex­pe­ri­enced teach­ers in dis­cov­er­ing and de­vel­op­ing all areas of the body.

Summer course KWI/26 Classes on Tue., Fri. 9.00-10.20, planned start in July. Includes 16 lessons of 1.2h each. Deposit of 150 zł required upon registration. 560 zł 35 zł / entry
