Slow Life By Monia - Joga i Biżuteria Siechnice

Slow Life By Monia is a project by Moni­ka from Wrocław that com­bines a jew­el­ry shop with work with en­er­gy and yoga. The au­thor com­plet­ed a teacher train­ing course in Yin Yoga under Do­minik Trz­nadel, cer­ti­fied by Yoga Al­liance, takes part in work­shops and or­ga­nizes them her­self. The project was born out of the need to pause, stay close to one­self and de­vel­op cre­ativ­i­ty.
