Karo Yoga Stu­dio is a space in Słup­sk where you can slow down, take a breath and take care of your­self mind­ful­ly. The stu­dio of­fers yoga class­es in var­i­ous styles, work­shops and in­di­vid­ual ses­sions sup­port­ing de­vel­op­ment, body aware­ness and inner bal­ance. The class­es are led by teach­ers with pas­sion and com­mit­ment who bring ex­pe­ri­ence, mo­ti­va­tion and an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to prac­tice to the Stu­dio. Work­shops and re­treats are also or­gan­ised reg­u­lar­ly, al­low­ing you to deep­en your knowl­edge and yoga prac­tice.
