Sułkowska Studio - Metoda Pilates

Sułkowska Studio Metoda Pilates is an intimate studio dedicated to the original Joseph Pilates method, located in Sopot. As the first pilates studio in the city, it is equipped with classic equipment from Gratz, Contrology and Legacy, ensuring an authentic training experience. The studio offers individual and duet training for beginners and experienced clients, supporting people who want to get to know their body, improve their fitness and quality of life.
