W Harmonii z Jogą (Harmonia Studio Yogi & Mindfulness)

The studio promotes yoga as a path to harmony between body, mind and spirit, supporting the integration of all aspects of human existence. Drawing on the philosophy of yoga and the concept of ISVARA – the highest wisdom that is the source of knowledge and guidance – the studio helps students discover their inner wisdom by listening to their body. The studio's mission is to support self-improvement and the removal of obstacles, pain and doubts through the practice of yoga. The studio invites you to discover the beautiful ideals of yoga and their practical application in everyday life.
