SZOK (Szamotuły Ośrodek Kultury)

Szamo­tul­s­ki Ośrodek Kul­tu­ry is a mul­ti­fac­eted socio-cul­tur­al in­sti­tu­tion of­fer­ing a year-round pro­gram of events, sec­tions, clubs, and en­sem­bles for res­i­dents of all ages. The Cen­ter or­ga­nizes orig­i­nal projects, in­clud­ing the fa­mous UFO – the largest street odd­i­ties event in Poland, where stages fea­ture renowned artists and street per­form­ers from around the world. The stu­dio is also home to the multi-gen­er­a­tional Folk En­sem­ble "Szamo­tuły", which pro­motes Pol­ish folk cul­ture and re­gion­al tra­di­tions at na­tion­al and in­ter­na­tion­al fes­ti­vals. It is a place full of in­spi­ra­tion, where every­one can de­vel­op their tal­ents and pas­sions in an am­bi­tious cul­tur­al en­vi­ron­ment.
