Re•forma Stu­dio Pi­lates is a space cre­at­ed for women who are look­ing for a mo­ment of respite and mind­ful­ness to­ward their own body. The stu­dio of­fers pi­lates class­es in an at­mos­phere full of calm, where nat­ur­al light, plants and soft col­ors cre­ate ideal con­di­tions for fo­cus­ing on your­self. Class­es take place with quiet music or the sounds of na­ture, with­out loud stim­uli, which al­lows for deep work with both body and mind. Re•forma Stu­dio is a place where move­ment be­comes a mo­ment of pause and a re­turn to your­self.
