The stu­dio of­fers a unique for­mu­la of ed­u­ca­tion through yoga, op­er­at­ing con­tin­u­ous­ly since 1981, based on the tra­di­tion of an­cient yoga knowl­edge and art. Stu­dents can par­tic­i­pate in prac­tices such as asanas, pranaya­ma, med­i­ta­tion and the art of re­lax­ation, in an at­mos­phere of sta­bil­i­ty and gen­tle­ness. The stu­dio val­ues the pres­ence of every­one seek­ing har­mo­ny of body, breath and mind, as well as shar­ing yoga ex­pe­ri­ences.
