Studio Pilates Mindfulness

Stu­dio Pi­lates Mind­ful­ness Anna Wiak of­fers 60-minute Pi­lates ses­sions, con­duct­ed both in­di­vid­u­al­ly and in duets on equip­ment. Class­es start with a min­i­mum of 2 en­rolled peo­ple, and each ses­sion can be can­celled up to 24 hours be­fore it be­gins. Class pass­es are valid for 35 days from the date of the first visit, with the op­tion to ex­tend by 7 days. Book­ings for per­son­al train­ing and duets are avail­able by phone at 604-944-750.
