ASH­TAN­GA WARSZA­WA is a yoga stu­dio in War­saw's Mokotów dis­trict that com­bines a pas­sion for yoga with a warm and sup­port­ive at­mos­phere. It spe­cial­izes in ash­tan­ga yoga prac­tice, based on the tra­di­tion­al teach­ing from Mysore, while adapt­ing class­es to the in­di­vid­ual needs of par­tic­i­pants. It also of­fers gen­tler vinyasa class­es, the­mat­ic work­shops and yoga re­treats, as well as or­ga­niz­ing shared break­fasts after prac­tice.
