Flow Pilates Oleandrów

Flow Pi­lates is a stu­dio spe­cial­iz­ing in pi­lates train­ing, of­fer­ing in­di­vid­ual ses­sions and duet train­ing led by ex­pe­ri­enced train­ers. Class­es are fully tai­lored to clients' in­di­vid­ual needs, with the op­tion to choose the in­ten­si­ty and scope of ex­er­cis­es. The stu­dio is lo­cat­ed in an aes­thet­ic, re­lax­ing space con­ducive to focus dur­ing train­ing.
