Centrum Tancerza - TrainLikeDancers , Studio Pilates

Stu­dio of­fers the #Train­LikeDancers pro­gram, which com­bines knowl­edge from phys­io­ther­a­py, phys­i­cal ed­u­ca­tion, and dance. The in­struc­tor, a grad­u­ate of AWF Wrocław and dance stud­ies at WSU, builds class­es based on ex­pe­ri­ence gained while work­ing with Volt Agusti­na Egur­roli en­sem­ble and years of work on the­atri­cal and tele­vi­sion stages. The pro­gram is cre­at­ed with a deep un­der­stand­ing of ex­er­cis­es and move­ment, com­bin­ing dance prac­tice with sci­en­tif­ic knowl­edge of the body. The teacher and train­er em­pha­sizes a holis­tic ap­proach to train­ing, where her own sports and artis­tic ex­pe­ri­ence forms the foun­da­tion of ef­fec­tive teach­ing.
