Fiore Pilates Studio - reformer pilates

Studio Fiore is a space created out of love for movement, calm and balance, where participants can slow down and take care of themselves in a mindful way. The studio specializes in Pilates classes on reformers – specialized devices with a moving platform, springs and straps that allow precise adjustment of resistance to individual abilities. Exercises on the reformer allow for a greater range of motion, deeper muscle control and more balanced strengthening of the whole body without overloading the joints. The studio offers training for both beginners and experienced athletes who want to improve their fitness, posture and motor coordination.
