Stu­dio Flou is a War­saw Pi­lates stu­dio in Wola, right by the Płoc­ka metro sta­tion, of­fer­ing class­es on re­form­ers with tow­ers and other large equip­ment in group, in­di­vid­ual and duo for­mats. The stu­dio has pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment, in­clud­ing eight re­form­ers with tow­ers, a cadil­lac trapeze table, lad­der bar­rel, wunda chair, spine cor­rec­tor and magic cir­cle. The stu­dio wel­comes both be­gin­ners and ad­vanced stu­dents, fo­cus­ing on mind­ful move­ment, build­ing strength, flex­i­bil­i­ty and inner bal­ance in an open and safe at­mos­phere.
