The stu­dio of­fers in-per­son class­es, em­pha­sis­ing di­rect con­tact and build­ing re­la­tion­ships. The offer in­cludes gen­tle Vinyasa, taught at a calm pace with clear in­struc­tions, also suit­able for be­gin­ners. The class­es aim to de­vel­op strength, flex­i­bil­i­ty and mind­ful­ness in a friend­ly at­mos­phere.
