Akademia Jogi i Har­moni­jnego Roz­wo­ju is a renowned yoga school in the cen­ter of War­saw, of­fer­ing over 70 yoga ses­sions per week with­in a sin­gle mem­ber­ship. The stu­dio places great em­pha­sis on high-qual­i­ty class­es con­duct­ed by teach­ers ac­cord­ing to the B.K.S. Iyen­gar method. Akademia also or­ga­nizes pop­u­lar yoga re­treats, sup­port­ing peo­ple who want to im­prove the qual­i­ty of their lives.
