LUCE JOGA is a stu­dio where light meets ease, and the prac­tice of yoga takes on a new di­men­sion. The stu­dio be­lieves that real change hap­pens when prac­ti­tion­ers stop tens­ing up, let go of per­fec­tion­ism, and lis­ten to the body in­stead of the ego. LUCE is more than a stu­dio – it is a com­mu­ni­ty where yoga is prac­ticed with­out ten­sion, with­out pres­sure and with­out per­fec­tion­ism, with light­ness and free­dom.
