The stu­dio of­fers yoga class­es con­duct­ed ac­cord­ing to one con­sis­tent method and tra­di­tion of the yoga school, which en­sures greater ef­fec­tive­ness of prac­tice. The class­es focus on the holis­tic de­vel­op­ment of par­tic­i­pants through ob­ser­va­tion of the body, emo­tions, and the mech­a­nisms gov­ern­ing them, bal­anc­ing the phys­i­cal, men­tal, and emo­tion­al di­men­sions. A key el­e­ment of the teach­ing is the pre­ci­sion of per­form­ing poses, the in­ten­si­ty of ex­er­cis­es, and full en­gage­ment from both the teacher and the stu­dent, which leads to achiev­ing sta­bil­i­ty on all lev­els.
