Muza Pilates Private Studio

A pro­fes­sion­al pri­vate Pi­lates Re­former and Tower stu­dio. Class­es are held ex­clu­sive­ly in small groups or as in­di­vid­ual ses­sions. The founder, Iryna Mūzyr­ia, is a cer­ti­fied Pi­lates in­struc­tor cer­ti­fied by the Amer­i­can school Loli­ta's Lega­cy. Her train­ing ses­sions are praised for their pro­fes­sion­al­ism, in­di­vid­ual ap­proach, at­ten­tion to de­tail, pa­tience and calm. Iryna places em­pha­sis on im­prov­ing joint mo­bil­i­ty, re­liev­ing back and neck pain, and restor­ing spinal func­tion in cases of her­ni­at­ed and bulging discs. She also spe­cial­izes in work­ing with preg­nant women. The stu­dio in­te­ri­or is clean, de­signed with a strong sense of aes­thet­ics; it pro­vides an in­ti­mate at­mos­phere dur­ing ex­er­cise.
