Pi­lates Body­Care Moni­ka Marsza­łek is a stu­dio in War­saw's Bielany dis­trict of­fer­ing in­di­vid­ual per­son­al Pi­lates train­ing in a 1:1 for­mat. Class­es are con­duct­ed on a va­ri­ety of Pi­lates equip­ment, in­clud­ing the Re­former, Wunda Chair, Spine Cor­rec­tor, High Chair and Baby Chair, Cadil­lac, and Tower. The stu­dio al­lows for a one-time per­son­al train­ing ses­sion with­out the need to com­mit to on­go­ing co­op­er­a­tion, and 55-minute ses­sions are tai­lored to the par­tic­i­pan­t's level, abil­i­ties, and needs.
