A stu­dio cre­at­ed out of a pas­sion for move­ment, whose mis­sion is to share knowl­edge and ex­pe­ri­ence that sup­port the well-being of its par­tic­i­pants. It of­fers class­es tai­lored to the in­di­vid­ual needs of each par­tic­i­pant, for both be­gin­ners and ad­vanced prac­ti­tion­ers, with an em­pha­sis on im­prov­ing pos­ture, mo­bil­i­ty, flex­i­bil­i­ty and strength. The stu­dio of­fers per­son­al­ized train­ing ses­sions on spe­cial­ized equip­ment such as the re­former, cadil­lac, wunda chair and arc, fo­cus­ing on clients' in­di­vid­ual goals and needs.
