Stu­dio Samad­hi Joga is a pro­fes­sion­al yoga school in Ursynów in War­saw, of­fer­ing a rich se­lec­tion of class­es, work­shops and cours­es for be­gin­ners and ad­vanced prac­ti­tion­ers. The school also runs Yoga Al­liance-ac­cred­it­ed teacher train­ing. The class­es com­bine phys­i­cal and men­tal ex­er­cis­es, sup­port­ing the com­pre­hen­sive de­vel­op­ment of the body on the phys­i­cal, spir­i­tu­al and emo­tion­al lev­els, adapt­ing to the in­di­vid­ual needs of each par­tic­i­pant re­gard­less of age and fit­ness.
