Stu­dio Samad­hi Joga in War­saw of­fers a wide range of yoga class­es for peo­ple at dif­fer­ent lev­els of ad­vance­ment, led by ex­pe­ri­enced in­struc­tors. Class­es are held both in-per­son in Ursynów and Mokotów, as well as on­line, which al­lows for flex­i­ble par­tic­i­pa­tion. Yoga prac­tice at Samad­hi Joga sup­ports im­proved strength, bal­ance and flex­i­bil­i­ty, as well as helps re­duce stress and im­prove sleep qual­i­ty.
