Sangha Dogen Zenji. Ośrodek Zen

Sangha "Dogen Zenji" is a Zen Buddhist community registered as a church and religious association, bringing together students of Master Kaisen. The studio offers zazen meditation practice in the dojo and intensive meditation retreats sesshin, which constitute direct experience through body and mind. Zazen is meditation without conceptualization, allowing the mind to naturally harmonize with the surroundings by transcending the division between "self" and the external world.
