A yoga and bioen­er­gy ther­a­py stu­dio of­fer­ing a unique ap­proach to health and per­son­al de­vel­op­ment, com­bin­ing yoga prac­tices with bioen­er­gy ther­a­py. It fo­cus­es on a mul­ti­di­men­sion­al treat­ment of the human being, car­ing not only for the phys­i­cal body but also the emo­tion­al, men­tal and spir­i­tu­al. Through tech­niques such as con­scious breath­ing, par­tic­i­pants have the op­por­tu­ni­ty to re­lease blocked emo­tions and achieve inner har­mo­ny.
