Studio Pilates Mokotów

Stu­dio Pi­lates Mokotów is an in­ti­mate stu­dio in War­saw, of­fer­ing clas­sic Pi­lates class­es ac­cord­ing to the Joseph Pi­lates method. It con­ducts ses­sions on re­form­ers, other equip­ment, and on the mat, in the form of solo, duo, and small 3-per­son group train­ings. Ex­er­cis­es are tai­lored to each per­son­'s level and abil­i­ties, and class­es are held in Pol­ish and Eng­lish.
