Stu­dio Yoga So­cial Club of­fers in­ti­mate yoga class­es that com­bine var­i­ous forms of move­ment to en­sure com­pre­hen­sive well-being im­prove­ment. With small groups (8–10 peo­ple), in­struc­tors can in­di­vid­u­al­ly as­sist par­tic­i­pants, which pro­motes com­fort and de­vel­op­ment. A team of teach­ers with dif­fer­ent styles and ex­pe­ri­ences cre­ates a friend­ly at­mos­phere con­ducive to build­ing com­mu­ni­ty.
