Move Complex Wieliczka

Stu­dio in Wielicz­ka of­fers com­pre­hen­sive Pi­lates class­es, re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion and med­ical train­ing, equipped with mod­ern equip­ment in­clud­ing Wunda Chair, Pi­lates Bar­rel, Pi­lates Spring­board and Re­form­ers. Class­es are led by a cer­ti­fied Pi­lates in­struc­tor with ex­pe­ri­ence in med­ical train­ing and pelvic floor mus­cle pre­ven­tion. The stu­dio tai­lors each class to in­di­vid­ual client needs, both be­gin­ners and ad­vanced, sup­port­ing mus­cle strength­en­ing, im­proved mo­bil­i­ty and over­all phys­i­cal fit­ness.
