The stu­dio of­fers "Healthy Spine" class­es ded­i­cat­ed to peo­ple who want to take care of their health and re­duce ail­ments re­lat­ed to pos­tur­al de­fects. The health-pro­mot­ing work­out strength­ens the back mus­cles, in­creas­es spinal mo­bil­i­ty, and strength­ens the en­tire body. A spe­cial set of ex­er­cis­es re­lax­es and soothes the body while re­lax­ing the mind, all to the rhythm of calm music.
