The stu­dio of­fers a holis­tic ap­proach to health and well-being, com­bin­ing Shin­rin Yoku (for­est ther­a­py), mind­ful­ness, shaman­ism, Reiki, and trans­for­ma­tive prac­tices. A space with­out judg­ment or ex­pec­ta­tions, where every­one can dis­cov­er their au­then­tic na­ture and free them­selves from in­ter­nal lim­i­ta­tions. The fa­cil­i­ta­tor, a cer­ti­fied for­est bathing guide and ac­cred­it­ed mind­ful­ness teacher, in­te­grates mind­ful­ness, con­scious breath­ing, and for­est ther­a­py into a trans­for­ma­tive prac­tice that works on all lev­els: body, mind, spir­it, and en­er­gy.
