Stu­dio Pi­la­joy is an in­ti­mate place ded­i­cat­ed to the prac­tice of clas­si­cal pi­lates, of­fer­ing class­es on re­form­ers and on mats for be­gin­ners and ad­vanced prac­ti­tion­ers. The stu­dio pro­vides a fo­cused at­mos­phere for work­ing on the body, breath and mus­cle aware­ness, sup­port­ing im­prove­ment of pos­ture, well-being and over­all health.
