URAN Pilates Studio

Uran Pi­lates Stu­dio is a bou­tique pi­lates stu­dio in Wrocław and Środa Śląs­ka, born out of a pas­sion for this method of work­ing with the body. The stu­dio of­fers train­ing on pre­mi­um-class equip­ment, in­clud­ing re­form­ers, mats, tow­ers and spine cor­rec­tors, led by ex­pe­ri­enced and ded­i­cat­ed in­struc­tors. The stu­dio's holis­tic ap­proach com­bines pi­lates ex­er­cis­es with work on the breath, pre­ci­sion of move­ment and mind­ful­ness, while the in­ti­mate at­mos­phere en­sures an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach and safe­ty for peo­ple of every age and every level of ad­vance­ment.
