Studio Las Joga is the first yoga studio in Zalesiu Górnym, located on a peaceful, forested plot with a view of nature. The practice room is equipped with high-quality materials, dominated by oiled wood, natural colors and professional equipment, and classes are enriched with essential oils, candles and instruments supporting relaxation. The studio creates a friendly atmosphere where practitioners can feel safe and comfortable, building a community of people with similar values. The owner remains open to the individual needs of participants, including the possibility of offering discounts to people in difficult financial situations.
