Szkoła Jogi SANTOSA

The SAN­TOSA Yoga School has been op­er­at­ing since 2003 and of­fers yoga class­es taught by cer­ti­fied teach­ers with many years of ex­pe­ri­ence. Class­es are held in a spa­cious, bright room in small groups, which al­lows for an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each par­tic­i­pant. The stu­dio of­fers class­es using, among oth­ers, the Iyen­gar method and for sev­er­al years has also been or­ga­niz­ing class­es for older peo­ple, sup­port­ing flex­i­bil­i­ty, joint mo­bil­i­ty and stress re­duc­tion.
