JOE Community&Movement Białystok

A professional pilates studio that approaches training holistically: it pays special attention not only to the quality of the exercises themselves, but also to the right atmosphere and high-quality equipment. JOE is the only pilates studio in the region to have an original Tower built according to Joseph Pilates' own specifications. In addition, the school's clients have access to RX reformers, dumbbells, pilates rings, barbells, resistance bands and ankle weights. The owners place great emphasis on aesthetics, attention to detail and the quality of the classes, which is ensured by a carefully selected team of trainers.
