Stu­dio Go­towi na Cud is a birth school run by Moni­ka, a spe­cial­ist in urog­y­nae­co­log­i­cal phys­io­ther­a­py, a doula and a Pi­lates in­struc­tor ed­u­cat­ed at the Med­ical Uni­ver­si­ty of War­saw. The stu­dio of­fers com­pre­hen­sive class­es cov­er­ing preg­nan­cy, birth, the post­par­tum pe­ri­od and breast­feed­ing, sup­port­ed by knowl­edge of the in­ti­mate health of women, men and chil­dren. The in­struc­tor con­tin­u­al­ly deep­ens her skills through spe­cial­ist train­ing and also works at the pri­vate prac­tice Pelvi­Cure in Brod­ni­ca, where she pro­vides sup­port in urog­y­nae­co­log­i­cal phys­io­ther­a­py.
