Pilates Cieszyn

Stu­dio Pi­lates of­fers pi­lates method class­es on pro­fes­sion­al equip­ment – re­former, cadil­lac, chair and bar­rel – in an in­ti­mate and peace­ful at­mos­phere. Class­es are led by an in­struc­tor with a three-year pi­lates school ed­u­ca­tion, char­ac­ter­ized by an in­di­vid­ual ap­proach to each client and focus on ex­er­cise qual­i­ty. The stu­dio is lo­cat­ed in Cieszyn at Bło­goc­ka Street 34, in a beau­ti­ful set­ting with a view of a na­ture re­serve, and co­op­er­ates with the Med­ical Re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion Of­fice spe­cial­iz­ing in man­u­al ther­a­py for spinal prob­lems.
