Harmony Pilates Atelier is a studio born from the need to restore balance in a world of haste and tension. The studio offers mindful movement through pilates, teaching you to listen to your body instead of forcing it, with the conviction that the process of healing is more important than quick solutions. Classes are conducted exclusively on professional pilates equipment, which supports the body's work in a safe, precise manner tailored to individual needs, leading to a healthier spine, better breathing and inner calm.

A beautiful, modern studio. Convenient access and parking. I had the chance to train under Krysia and Patrycja - they're great! Positive, demanding, but at the same time they take an individual appro...

I highly recommend this place, the individual classes with Ms. Ania are very professional and in a pleasant atmosphere, the studio is in a very good location, close to the road exit 🩷

The best reformer pilates studio in the area. Small groups, great trainers, a homey atmosphere, varied workouts. It's always very clean - you can see that Ania puts a lot of heart into this place.
