Stu­dio Bhak­ti Shala in Gdańsk of­fers a holis­tic ap­proach to the prac­tice of yoga and tantra, fo­cus­ing on self-knowl­edge and ex­pand­ing aware­ness. In an at­mos­phere of friend­ship and open­ness, any­one can join reg­u­lar class­es and cours­es, and peo­ple with spe­cial health needs have the op­por­tu­ni­ty to take part in spe­cial­ized prac­tices after con­sult­ing with a teacher. The school em­pha­sizes au­then­tic­i­ty and non-dog­mat­ic de­vel­op­ment, cre­at­ing a com­mu­ni­ty (sang­ha) for every­one, re­gard­less of faith or ori­en­ta­tion.
